John Hays Prayer Letter: Update from Pakistan

Glory to God, we had good news today! This is an update from Pakistan:
200 souls saved, 6 church plants. Praise the Lord!

By the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are excited to share the wonderful news from our recent missions trip. Over several days, our team visited 12 villages, faithfully sharing the Gospel with the unreached. Nearly 600 people heard the message of salvation, and we praise God that around 200 souls accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Truly, the fields are ready for the harvest, and the Lord is doing mighty works among these precious people.

During this mission, 100 people expressed their desire to be baptized in our next visit, committing to publicly declaring their faith in Christ. Among the new believers, two men, along with their families, joyfully received the Lord. One of these men is an educated individual who has shown great passion for the Word of God. He has committed to studying the Bible with us so that he may share the Gospel in different villages. He will also be sending regular updates and reports about the progress of the ministry in those areas.

By God’s grace, we also planted six new churches during this mission. These two faithful men have stepped forward to care for these churches and to lead their communities in worship and spiritual growth. Please keep them in your prayers as they take up this great responsibility.

In addition to preaching the Word, we also distributed 25 pure water systems among the villages. This was an incredible blessing for the people, as many of them lacked access to clean drinking water. Now, these families not only have the Living Water of Christ but also clean physical water for their daily needs.

We give all glory to God for what He is doing. Please continue to pray for these new believers, the upcoming baptisms, and the growth of the newly planted churches.

His water boy,

John Hays
